Workshops launched for Omani private sector trainees

Muscat: The National Leadership Development Programme for Empowering Middle and Senior Omani Administrations in the Private Sector (Etimad), in cooperation with Takatuf Oman, has launched workshops.

A statement issued online by Oman News Agency said: "These are introductory workshops for collective learning projects for trainees of the second wave of the first batch, at the Oil and Gas Institute."

Etimad qualifies workers in the private sector and raises the level of their leadership and supervisory skills through specialised programmes, designed in partnership with regional and international institutions.
