HM confers order of felicitation on ABEGS former Director General

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik on Monday conferred Order of Felicitation on Dr. Ali Abdul Khaliq Al-Qarni, former Director General of Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States (ABEGS), reflecting His Majesty the Sultan’s appreciation for the efforts and contributions of Dr. Al-Qarni in serving the GCC Educational work.

The order was handed over by HH Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham bin Tariq Al-Said, when he received Dr. Al-Qarni at his office here on Monday.
