All-Omani crew constructs 4.1-km flowline

Muscat: An all-Omani welding crew at Galfar has completed the construction of a 4.1-km flowline and hook-up in the Musallam-344 well.

Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) said in an online statement: "The work was carried out as part of the Full National Crew Development programme, which is part of the off-plot mechanical contract awarded to Galfar at Qarn Alam, and included extensive practical and health, safety and environment training by PDO teams and the contractor."
