Yemeni Foreign Minister visits Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, National Museum

Muscat: The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs of the Republic of Yemen has visited on Monday, June 7, 2021, the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque.

 "His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs of the Republic of Yemen, visits Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque as part of his current visit to the Sultanate," Oman News Agency (ONA), said.

ONA said, during the visit, the guest and his accompanying delegation listened to a brief about the history of the mosque’s construction and learned about the architectural designs that were built accordingly. 

ONA added that, the Minister also visited the National Museum. The guest and the accompanying delegation toured the museum, where they listened to a brief introductory explanation about it, and its handicraft holdings that embody the aspects of authentic Omani life.
