With the Supreme Committee's decision to open beaches and public parks it's time to step outside to give your health a boost. Start your weekend by going to the beach or the nearby park to get some fresh air. While you do so remember to avoid gatherings of any kind and adhere to all the COVID-19 safety protocols.

If you have been spending a lot of time cooped up lately sitting in front of the computer for long you might be feeling fatigued. It could be due to the limited amount of fresh air that you have been breathing in a confined space. A series of studies show that visiting your local beach or park could help you increase your energy levels. A better way to get energized is to connect with nature.
