Mouthwatering airfryer appetisers

AIRFRYER ONION PAKORAS
Ingredients

1 cup gram flour
1 teaspoon chilli powder
2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves,  finely chopped
1 tsps finely chopped green chillies
Preparation
Mix the gramflour with the onion, chillies and coriander leaves and season with salt and chilli powder.
Set aside for five minutes.
Mix well by adding a tbsp of water at a time or more as needed to make a batter.
Please note that the consistency of the batter should be thick, not runny.
Preheat the air fryer at 355F for 5 minutes.
Now line the air fryer tray with an aluminum foil and grease it with cooking oil spray.
Take a small spoon and scoop out an equal amount of mixture onto it.
Air fry at 355F for 10 minutes while turning the pakoras halfway between cooking and then air fry again for 5 minutes at 325 F.
Once the pakoras are evenly brown and crispy, they are done.
Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.

AIRFRYER POTATO WEDGES
Ingredients

2 potatoes
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon  garlic salt
2 tsp dried mixed herbs
Cooking spray (optional)
Preparation
Cut potatoes in half, then cut into wedges.
In a large bowl, toss together potatoes with olive oil,garlic salt and dried mixed herbs.
Set temperature to 390 degrees Fahrenheit and the timer for 15 minutes for regular sized wedges, adjust timing by a minute or two if the wedges are thinner or thicker.
Serve hot with ketchup.

AIRFRYER CHICKEN TIKKA DRUMSTICKS
Ingredients

6 chicken drumsticks ( skin removed)
1 tbsp oil
For the marinade
¼ cup Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp cumin powder
Salt adjust to taste
Preparation
Make 3 slits on each drumstick.  
Mix together all ingredients for the marinade in a bowl.
Add the drumsticks to the marinade bowl, toss well to coat and let them marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Remove marinated chicken from the refrigerator when ready to cook. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Baste with some cooking oil.
Cook in an air fryer at 360°F for 10 mins. Flip over the chicken, and baste with oil. Then cook for another 7 minutes.
Serve hot with a dash of lime.
