Muscat: The Ministry of Finance held the first meeting to present the financial performance indicators for the first quarter of 2021.
A statement issued online by Oman News Agency (ONA), said: "The Ministry of Finance held the first meeting to present the financial performance indicators for the first quarter of 2021 and prepare for the preparation of the state's general budget for the next fiscal year 2022.”
Financial performance indicators that will be used to control the path of spending were reviewed in the meeting along with the quarterly financial reports.
The monthly liquidity disclosure expected to be disbursed, which will be provided to the Ministry of Finance by government units in order to monitor financial performance, improve spending and address deficits, were also discussed.
