Sea-goers in Oman warned of rough waters

Muscat: Starting from Wednesday until Friday, a warning alert has been sent to sea-goers and fishermen about the height of sea waves on the coasts of Musandam and Oman Sea, by Oman Meteorology.
 
A statement issued online by the Oman Meteorology said: "The continuation of the upheaval of the Arabian Sea, reaching its maximum height between 3.0 - 3.5 metres, and expectations of sea wave height in the coasts of Musandam and the Sea of Oman, where average waves are expected to reach their maximum height between 2.0 -2.5 metres from tomorrow until Friday. Sea-goers and fishermen, please pay attention and take caution."
