Muscat: There are chances of dust storms over deserts and open areas in Oman, Oman Meteorology said on Monday.
Oman Meteorology said: "Mainly clear skies over most of the Sultanate with a chance of cloud formations over Al Hajar Mountains towards afternoon. Dust rising winds are expected over deserts and open areas. Chances of late night to early morning low level clouds or fog along parts of the coasts of Arabian Sea and Oman Sea."
The expected maximum and minimum temperatures will be 42 degree Celsius and 32 degrees respectively in Muscat, 42 degrees and 30 degrees in Sohar, 45 degrees and 26 degrees in Haima, 44 degrees and 30 degrees in Nizwa, 45 degrees and 31 degrees in Ibri, and 40 degrees and 24 degrees in Thamrait.
