Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange is hosting an IPO workshop in cooperation with FEAS and EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.) on Wednesday the May 26 at 1pm via Zoom virtual platform for the benefit of its potential issuers.
The workshop will be free of charge, registration only, participation opportunity for members of all local companies planning to become a public listed company, in future.
MSX has organized this workshop in association with the Federation of Euro-Asian Stock Exchanges (FEAS), under the MSX awareness initiative to address the local potential issuer’s expectations and concerns regarding the process of IPO creation, with the support from the international industry expert European Bank for Reconstruction & Development (EBRD).
The speaker of the workshop will be Attila Toth a well-known industry expert and Principal Associate in the Capital Markets Development at EBRD bank of Europe, with over 20 years of market. Throughout his 20 years career, he has served at many prominent positions from being the Deputy CEO of BSE (Budapest Stock Exchange) to chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Central Depository and Clearing House of Hungary.
With a master’s degree in finance and a specialization in SME Private Equity Market, Atilla is an experienced lecturer having lectures on the Budapest Corvinus University and the Central-European Foundation for Broker-dealers. During the workshop, Atilla will be joined by his colleague Pavle Djuric.
Djuric is also a Principal Counsel at the Financial Law Unit and an EBRD corporate governance expert.
