Muscat: The Ministry of Health, (MOH) in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO) hosted on Wednesday a virtual meeting on health security and peace in the context of the COVID-19.
A statement issued online by the Ministry of Health said:” The Ministry of Health (MOH) in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO) hosted on Wednesday a virtual meeting on health security and peace in the context of the COVID-19.”
“The meeting, which was held for the first time and at the initiative of the Sultanate of Oman, highlights the potential of expanding cooperation in health, especially within the context of COVID-19, as a bridge for peace, international solidarity, and stability, around (17) countries and a number of UN organizations are participating in this meeting.” added the statement.
