Muscat: Omantel has issued a statement regarding some of its mobile services that have been affected by a fire that broke out at an electricity grid substation.
A statement issued online by Omantel said: "We sincerely apologies for any inconvenience caused to the operations of our network as a consequence of the unfortunate fair at an electricity grid substation. Our technical teams are diligently working to restore service as quickly as possible."
"We appreciate your understanding and we extend our sincere thanks to the Civil Defense for their prompt response in containing the fair." the statement added
