Fak Kurbah initiative secures release of 112 people in 24 hours

Muscat: In cooperation with eight courts in a few governorates of Oman, more than 100 jailed insolvent people have been released within the last 24 hours, Fak Kurbah stated.

A statement issued online by Fak Kurbah said: "We helped in releasing 112 new cases in cooperation with 8 courts in a number of governorates in Oman, bringing the total number of cases to 666."

According to the data shared by Fak Kurbah, the new cases that have been released by the initiative were distributed as follows: "As many as 36 new cases in Muscat Governorate, 34 cases in Al Buraimi Governorate, 19 new cases in South Al-Batinah Governorate, 16 in North Al Batinah Governorate, four new cases in Al Wusta Governorate, and three new cases in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate."
