Ihsan Association announces special ambulance services

Muscat: Ihsan Association has announced an initiative to offer special ambulance services to transport the patient with chronic diseases and elderly from home to hospital.

Ihsan announced the initiative in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Social Development, where the  initiative will allocate a vehicle equipped with all health supplies to transport patients with chronic disease and other elderly people from their homes to government health institutions to receive treatment and wait them until the end of treatment and then return them home.

Ihsan Association in the Wilayat of Seeb offers many social initiatives, the most prominent of which is inventorying the category of elderly men and women in a database for them, and cooperate with public and private service institutions to achieve all the facilities that the elderly need, and hold many activities and organized gothering for them.

The association organizes training workshops for elderly  relatives to trained them about the away to take care of elderly people and nature of care they need at home, while the association provides them with equipment and assistance they used.
