Muscat: Oman Meteorology has clarified the continuation of the warning of thunderstorms of varying intensity accompanied by active winds in the coming hours.
A statement issued online by Oman Meteorology said: "The General Directorate of Meteorology clarified the continuation of the warning of thunderstorms of varying intensity accompanied by active to very fast winds with the flying of unstable objects on the coasts of the Sea of Oman and the Hajar Mountains.
It indicated that thunderstorms were detected in parts of the Al Batinah, Al Dhahirah, and Al Dakhiliyah governorates.
