Oman participates in UN session on geographical names

Muscat: The Sultanate is participating in the second session of the United Nations Group of Foreign Experts on Geographical Names (UNGEGN).

A statement issued online by the Oman News Agency, (ONA), said: "The Sultanate, represented by the National Survey Authority, is participating in the second session of the United Nations Foreign Experts Group for Geographical Names (UNGEGN), which will be held at the United Nations building in New York, USA, during the period from 3 to 7 of this month via video communication."
