Ramadan Special: Keep your environment clean and be eco friendly

We all know that plastic is an environmental threat and we should stop using plastic as much as we can. So this Ramadan try these simple tips to go more natural and less-plastic.Take your own cotton or jute bags while shopping your groceries. Use plastic-free alternatives. Plant a tree in your garden or plant some flowers.  By making small changes, you can make a big difference and help protect the planet.

Ramadan Words
“Do what is beautiful. Allah loves those who do what is beautiful” [Quran 2:195]

Health tip
To keep refreshed and hydrated during the fasting month, you can drink some coconut water towards the last 5 to 10 minutes of Suhoor. Coconut water is a great source of electrolytes with simple sugars and minerals that replenish water loss.
