Complaining is contagious but this Ramadan break the cycle of negativity by committing to going one day without uttering a single complaint. Show patience and remain steadfast in your duty to Allah. Do not complain about the dificulties of observing fast. Refrain from complaining about feeling hungry or thirsty during the fast. Don't complain about the weather or not getting enough sleep. Refrain from complaining about these insignificant things as the message and spirit of Ramadan goes beyond this little struggle.
