Oman participates Regional Environment Day celebrations

Muscat: The Sultanate, represented by the Environment Authority, participates in the world celebration of the Regional Environment Day, which falls on April 24 annually.

Oman News Agency ONA said: "The Environment Authority work on educates the community about the importance of preserving the environment and the marine environment from pollution and continuous communication with the competent authorities about the causes of marine pollution in the Sultanate and how to deal with it and the partnership between society and other parties in preserving the marine environment."
