Muscat: The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), has issued a circular regarding arrivals from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.
CAA said in the circular :"Based on the decision made by the Supreme Committee for dealing with COVID-19 issued on 21st April 2021, the Civil Aviation Authority would like to inform all airlines operating into the Sultanate that has been decided the following :
1- adding arrivals from the Republic of India, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the Republic of Bangladesh and travelers who have been in or transited through any of these countries in the previous 14 days prior to their request to enter the Sultanate, to the list of countries from which entry to the Sultanate is suspended, effective18:00 (Oman local time ) on Saturday ,24th April 2021 until further notice.
2-This excluded Omani citizens, diplomats, Healthcare workers and their families who will be subject to the approved procedures upon arriving in the Sultanate."
