Submit work contracts online, says Oman’s Ministry of Labour

Muscat: The Ministry of Labour has informed that private sector companies must register work  contracts electronically for all their staff.

A statement issued online by Ministry of Labour said :"The Ministry of Labour announces the necessity for employers to register employment contracts electronically for all their workers (Omani manpower and non-Omani manpower , whether commercial work permits or private work permits) through the employment contract registration service on the ministry’s website within a maximum period of three months from its date. In order to avoid any actions that may be taken regarding it. "
