Muscat: Oman Investment Authority (OIA) announced on Thursday (April 8, 2021) the formation of the Board of Directors of the Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX).
The meeting was chaired by Mohammed bin Mahfood Al Ardhi, Executive Chairman of Investcorp, a global financial institution specialising in alternative investment, Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Suwailmy, former CEO of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), Ronald Schwinn, the Managing Director and Shareholder at Sygnum Bank, Singapore and Zurich, Imad Kamal Sultan, Imad progressed in various position within the WJ Towell Group and its subsidiaries and is currently the Groups Vice Chairman, Managing Director and Chairman of the Executive Committee.
Dr Hatim bin Bakhit Al Shanfari, a faculty member in the Department of Economics and Finance at Sultan Qaboos University (SQU), in addition to two representatives of the authority Samra Bint Sulaiman Al Harthy, Director of investment and Economic Research at Oman Investment authority and Mathla Bint Saleh Al Shaqsi, is a senior Associate, Investments at Oman Investment Authority.
