ISWK pioneers with the Business and Entrepreneurship Club

Muscat: The month of May, 2024, marked a momentous landmark in the history of Indian School Wadi Kabir (ISWK) and the Business and Entrepreneurship Club.

The B&E Club invested its 21 officials for the year 2024-25 by giving badges of office and job profiles to the newly elected club officers in the positions of President, Vice- Presidents, Senior Managers and Junior Managers for different departments namely Operations, Accounting & Finance, Marketing & Design, PR & Editorial.

Kiran Asher, founder and group managing director of the Al Ansari Group of Companies, added grandeur to the event by graciously attending as the Chief Guest, among other dignitaries of the School Management Committee.

The Club also launched its first edition of ‘Business Communique’, the first high-school business magazine in the Sultanate of Oman with numerous riveting articles, quizzes, comic strips and engaging toons on financial literacy, designed by the students, for the students.

The B&E Club lives by its motto, “Profit with care is the aim, business is the game.”

The Club also organised a segment for the unsung heroes of every organisation, the support staff. With a fun filled red-carpet entry, engaging games and energetic dances for the support staff, this day was the Club’s way of saying a heartfelt thank you to the people who give their everything to make sure that the schools function efficiently.

The nation’s fastest growing club has begun the new academic year with a spark that has ignited its followers with fervent excitement. With promising students and most importantly, the right mentor, AVP Commerce H.S. Bagga to take them to unimaginable heights.
