OBA holds Annual General Meeting

Muscat: The Oman Banks Association (OBA) held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the year 2022 on March 29. The meeting was held virtually and attended by OBA members from banks operating in the Sultanate of Oman.

During the meeting, 2021 achievements and audited financials were presented as well as the 2022 work plan and budget. External auditors for the current financial year were appointed.

The Board of Directors for the term 2022 - 2024 was appointed under the Chairmanship of Abdul Hakeem Omar Al Ojaily.

Oman Banks Association is a non-profit professional association created to represent the banking sector, promote Omani banking activities, coordinate with the regulators on matters of policy and strategy, and support banking excellence in Oman.
