166 animals killed on Oman roads in 2015

Muscat: Humans are not the only victims of deadly car crashes.
Last year, 166 animals were killed on Oman's roads.
Four humans died and 22 were injured last year in 189 traffic accidents involving animals.

104 camels, five cows and 95 goats were killed in 2015, according to statistics released by Royal Oman Police (ROP).
South Al Sharqiyah recorded the highest number of camel deaths at 21.
Three cows died in Dhofar and 24 goats were killed in South Al Batinah.
