Oman diplomacy: Pakistan envoy meets literary personalities

Muscat: Ali Javed, Ambassador of Pakistan to Oman, met Said Muhammad Al Saqlawi, President Oman Association for Writers and Literati on Monday, as well as Juman Al Saqlawi, currently enrolled in a Ph. D programme at Imperial College London.
They meeting, lasting for more than 90 minutes, focussed on matters of mutual interest, including, writers, poets and intellectuals.

Javed presented a comprehensive briefing on the status of Pakistan-Oman ties, entitled, “Communality of Strategic Vision – Peace for Prosperity”, in the presence of Hilal Marhoon Al Maamary, Omani intellectuals, historians, academics and members of the media.
