Oman's Internal Security Service launches its official website

Muscat: Oman’s Internal Security Service (ISS) launched its official website on Thursday.
The website https://iss.gov.om is available in English and Arabic, and the homepage includes condensed speeches by His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said.
According to the website, citizens and residents may contact ISS through the website’s ‘Contact us’ page.or by contacting a “known ISS employee in order for them to pass on the message.”
Operating with other security and military bodies, ISS protects the State, ensures its stability and integrity and secures tranquility and peace for both citizens and residents.
It was established in 1954 as part of the Sultan Armed Forces (SAF).
Two other branches of the Intelligence Authority were also established in 1954 in Nizwa and Sohar.
Later, more branches began operating in Rustaq and Dhofar.
