Oman crime: Man arrested for smuggling drugs

Muscat: Royal Oman Police (ROP) arrested a man of Arabic nationality in Dhofar on charges of possessing drugs in his vehicle while coming from a neighbouring country.
Police said on Tuesday that the accused was found with 1,384 bundles of Khat drug hidden in his vehicle.
