Game of Thrones star Kristian Nairn to attend Oman's first video games and comic convention

Muscat: Pop Culture superstars are heading to Muscat for the capital’s first ever IGN Convention. The line-up for 2016 includes Game of Thrones star Kristian Nairn who fans will recognize for portraying the character of ‘Hodor’on the hit TV show.
Joining him will be Adam Harrington, the voice of ‘Bigby Wolf’from the video gameWolf Among Us and Dave Fennoy, the voice of ‘Lee Everett’fromThe Walking Dead video game.
“Fans will get a chance to meet their favorite celebrities in a fun and entertaining atmosphere. Cosplay enthusiasts will mingle with geeks discussing movies while gamers exercise their reflexes. Quite simply, it’s an event not to be missed by anyone interested in movies, TV, video games, comics or role-playing,”said Abbas Jaffar Ali, Director, IGN Middle East.
The IGN Convention Oman will take place on December 9th and 10th 2016, at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre. During the two days fans will get to be a part of several activities such as arcade, card and table top games, free workshops, gaming tournaments, regional artist showcases and much more. The event will also feature a Cosplay competition where fans will have the opportunity to dress up as their favorite movie, video game or comic book characters and win amazing prizes.
