Weather to be affected across Oman for three days

Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman will be affected by an a depression for three days starting from Sunday evening, February 25, 2024 up until Tuesday, February 27, 2024.

Oman Meteorology said in a statement: "Analysis indicates that the Sultanate of Oman will continue to be affected by a depression starting from the evening of Sunday, February 25, until Tuesday, February 27. It is expected that clouds will cause scattered rain with occasional thunder, over Musandam and the coastal areas overlooking the Sea of ​​Oman and parts of the Hajar Mountains."

"Sea waves on the coasts of Musandam Governorate and the coasts of the Sea of ​​Oman will range from medium to rough."

Forecasts also indicate the chances of the Sultanate of Oman being affected by another depression , starting on February 28, 2024 , leading to rainfall of varying intensity.
