Oman weather: Mwasalat suspends bus services in Muscat Governorate

Muscat: Due to the weather conditions currently witnessing in the Sultanate of Oman, Mwasalat announced the suspension of busses service in Muscat Governorate on Monday, February 12, 2024.

Mwasalat said in a statement that due to weather condition announced by the competent authorities , " Mwasalat " would like to inform all of its " Buses " and " Ferries " services ' users that for today, Monday, 12th of February, 2024, the following has been decided :

Buses

-Suspension of all city service in Muscat.
 
-Continuation of city service in Salalah .

-Continuation of intercity services across all governorates.

 Ferries

- Continuation of all routes to and from Musandam Governorate

- Continuation of operations on route (Shannah - Masirah)

- Continuation of operations on route (Halaniyat - Taqah)

Mwasalat prioritises the safety of its passengers considering the current weather conditions and is actively monitoring the situation in coordination with the relevant authorities.
