Oman strongly condemns terrorist attacks in Iran
The Sultanate of ⁧‫Oman affirmed its firm position in condemning violence and terrorism in the friendly Islamic Republic of Iran, and‬⁩ expressed its sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims in the two bombings that targeted a gathering in Karman‬⁩ Governorate.

Upon Royal orders of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, it has been decided that Thursday, 11 January 2024 will be an official holiday for employees in units of the State’s Administrative Apparatus and other legal entities, as well as employees in private sector establishments, on the occasion of the Sultan’s accession to power in the Sultanate of Oman.
