His Majesty the Sultan receives cable of thanks from Emir of Kuwait

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik received a cable of thanks from his brother, His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait, in reply to His Majesty’s cable congratulating him on the occasion of his assuming the reins of power.

In the cable , His Highness expressed his deep thanks and appreciation to His Majesty the Sultan for the feelings and good wishes contained in His Majesty’s congratulations. He also praised the strong historical and fraternal relations between the two countries and their brotherly peoples, asking God Almighty to grant His Majesty good health and complete well-being, and for the Omani people to further progress and prosperity under the wise leadership of His Majesty.
