Muscat: A number of Excellencies offered their condolences on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 on the death of the late His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, at the headquarters of the Kuwaiti Embassy in Muscat.
They were received by His Excellency Ambassador Mohammed Nasser Madhi Al-Hajri, Ambassador of the State of Kuwait accredited to the Sultanate of Oman, and members of the diplomatic mission.
Their Excellencies expressed sincere condolences and sympathy to their brothers in the State of Kuwait, praising the role of the late His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah in strengthening the bonds of brotherhood and developing relations between the two brotherly countries, stressing the strength of historical relations between the two countries.
His Excellency the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to the Sultanate of Oman and members of the diplomatic mission expressed their deep thanks and appreciation for the generous visit made by His Majesty the Sultan yesterday to his brother, His Highness Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait, to offer condolences on the death of His Highness the late Emir and the impact that that visit left on the souls of the people of Kuwait, wishing continued elevation and progress for the Sultanate of Oman during the prosperous era of His Majesty the Sultan.
At the conclusion of the visit, Their Excellencies recorded expressions of condolence and sympathy in the embassy’s register of condolences, asking God Almighty to bestow His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah with mercy and forgiveness, and to bless the State of Kuwait with continued security and prosperity.
