The Bank also continuously develops learning and development programmes that targets the youth under ‘Manar Alizz’ and ‘Manahil Alizz where such programs focus on educating the Omani youth about Islamic banking as an industry and various leadership competencies.

The Manar Alizz programme is designed to educate the youth about Islamic banking products, encourage banking innovation, and enable the bank’s experts to generate and share knowledge in their various fields of expertise. It is one of the bank’s strategic directions to share knowledge of Islamic Finance and business as a platform for sustainability under the pillar of education.
