Oman participates in meeting of Arab foreign ministers

Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman participated in a preparatory meeting of Arab Foreign Ministers ahead of the extraordinary session of the Arab summit.

The preparatory meeting was held in Riyadh and discussed several topics, including the Israeli war on Gaza, the search for urgent solutions to a ceasefire and the introduction of humanitarian aid.

His Excellency the Ambassador of the Sultanate of  Oman accredited to the Arab Republic of Egypt and its permanent representative to the League of Arab States said in a statement to the Oman News Agency that the extraordinary Arab summit has been called for with the aim of stopping the war, opening border crossings, and delivering the necessary aid to the people of Gaza.
