Citizens arrested for allegedly hunting migratory birds in Oman

Muscat: The Environment Authority (EA), has arrested citizens for hunting a number of migratory birds.

"The Environment Authority , in cooperation with the security authorities, was able to arrest citizens who violated wildlife by hunting a number of migratory birds. They were found in possession of tools and devices for hunting, tracking, and simulating the sounds of birds and animals," the Authority said in a statement.
