Muscat: Team India won by 7 wickets in a World Cup match against arch-rivals Pakistan as part of the World Cup 2023 match, held at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, Gujarat on Saturday.

The match, closely watched by fans from across the globe, resulted in a comfortable win for India, who chose to bat second after restricting Pakistan to a score of 191, which they then proceeded to beat in 30.3 overs, led by a stunning innings by India Captain Rohit Sharma, who remained undefeated at 86.

Pakistan could make 191 in 42.5 overs after a late-innings collapse with Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Siraj and Hardik Pandya playing key roles. Kuldeep Yadav also dazzled with his spin.
