Royal Office Minister receives EU officials

Muscat: Gen. Sultan Mohammed Al Nu’amani, Minister of the Royal Office received on Monday Joseph Borrell, High Representative of the European Union (EU) for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and his accompanying delegation.

The guest expressed his appreciation for the Sultanate of Oman’s firm position and policies in resolving crises through dialogue and peace.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed several matters of mutual interest.

Moreover, Gen. Sultan Mohammed Al Nu’amani, Minister of the Royal Office, received here today Hanke Bruins Slot, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and his accompanying delegation.

Al Nu’amani underscored the depth of relations between the two countries.

In her turn, expressed her thanks and appreciation to the Sultanate of Oman.

The two sides discussed several matters of common concern.

The meeting was attended by Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the Sultanate of Oman.

The Royal Office Minister also received today Dr. Costantinos Kombos, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus and his accompanying delegation.

During this meeting, the two sides reviewed areas of joint cooperation and means of boosting bilateral relations.

The meeting was attended by Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus to the Sultanate of Oman.
