Muscat: The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning has announced through its platform ‘Tatweer’ two investment opportunities for the project of national initiative or integrated residential quarters ‘Sorouh’ in the Governorate of Al Dakhilyah.
The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning stated that the first investment opportunity is in the Wiayat of Bahla in Al Mamour area on 452,000 sq. metres for provision of about 600 residential lands.
The second opportunity is in the Wilayat of Sumail in Al Hoob area on an area of over 137,000 sq. metres and expected to make available 400 housing units.
Masaud Al Hashmi, Director General of Real Estate Development at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, said that the efforts aimed to provide housing options with five alternatives, including the integrated residential Quarters ‘Sorouh’, choose your land, acquire your land, plan your land and future cities within the Ministry’s vision associated with sustainable urban planning.
He said that the title deeds of integrated residential Quarters ‘Sorouh’ at Al Naseem Quarter in Halban have been handed over for the first batch. - With ONA inputs
