First phase of Sorouh project completed in Barka

Barka: The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning announced the completion of the first phase of Sorouh project, named “Al Naseem”, in the Wilayat of Barka, Governorate of South Al Batinah. Al Naseem neighborhood covers an area of 350,000 sqm.

Ten percent of the first phase of Al Naseem was sold out, with 10 title deeds handed over to those eligible to the properties, said Eng. Wissama Nasser Al Harbi, Director of Integrated Residential Neighborhoods Department at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning.

Al Harbi told Oman News Agency (ONA) that Al Naseem Neighborhood, which constitutes the first project of Sorouh Initiative, comprises 220 housing units.

He added that Al Naseem Neighbourhood, to be implemented in five phases, will provide multiple housing alternatives, offering more than 1,000 housing units.
