The cheesy jalapeño mini balls are soft and delicious.

Cheesy sticky jalapeño stuffed in a bread slice is very filling and a great starter.

Ingredients

• 7/8 bread slices (cut in a round shape)

• 2 eggs beaten



• Bread crumbs

• Oil for frying

For filling

• 3 tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese

• 3 tablespoons cream cheese

• 2 teaspoons jalapeño chilli sauce

• Pinch of black pepper

• Pinch of salt

• Little green coriander chopped finely

• (Mix all the above ingredients)

Preparation

Take a bread and cut in a round shape. Dip in little water for softness and stuff the jalapeño cheese mixture and make a round ball. When all the balls are ready dip in the beaten egg one by one. Then roll in bread crumbs and finally fry them in oil on a slow fire. Fry till light golden brown. Serve with ketchup or chilli mayo.
