Muscat: The International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) has awarded the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) the ISO (9001/2015) international accreditation certificate for TRA’s quality management system.
TRA obtained the global standard after fulfilling the requirements of a world-class quality management system, the stages of internal and external assessment and all ISO provisions.
The international recognition reflects TRA’s keenness to apply quality management standards in the services it offers to beneficiaries and its determination to meet its strategic objectives.
TRA takes steps to maintain customer satisfaction and apply the best organisational measures as a basis for implementing all related tasks.
