Ramadan: Diversify your food

Health tips
Diversify your food
Eating a singular type of food is never a good idea, as different ingredients offer different nutrients. Always opt for meals that will feed your body with the required nutrients and essential vitamins. These vitamins are present in different types of foods, and given the fact that we cut our meals to two-a-day, this could not be more important. Eating healthy is crucial, but mixing up your plate with grains, poultry, nuts and seeds is far more fundamental.

Masjid Othman Bin Affan

Othman Bin Affan is one of the widely renowned old mosques in the city named after the third caliph and companion of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). It’s situated in Al Hail, on the Sultan Qaboos Highway, and has been renovated and adorned with bits from the modern age, including a detached ceremony hall and beautiful contemporary-looking cone-shaped tents, adding a ton of modern character to a classic place of worship.
