New bus route to connect north and south of Oman

Muscat: A new Muscat-Duqm-Haima bus route will be launched on Thursday, May 4, according to the National Transport Company of Oman (Mwasalat).
Mwasalat said, "The new line will link the Wilayat of Duqm and Wilayat of Haima, using a safe and convenient means of transport, to transport the movement of the traffic between the north and the south of the Sultanate, to and from Duqm."
The route of the Muscat-Duqm-Haima line will be as follows: Departure from Al-Azaiba Station-Muscat International Airport-Al Sahwa Tower-Izki-Sinaw-Mahout-Duqm-Haima. The transport company added that travellers could also use the route to travel to Dhofar, by changing buses at Haima.
Mwasalat also recently launched the Muscat Barka, Muscat-Al Rustaq, Muscat-Samail, Muscat-Shana-Masirah, and Muscat-Buraimi routes, and said they will be launching even more routes within the Sultanate in the coming months.
