One drowns off Muscat coast

Muscat: One person died after drowning off Azaiba beach, Oman's Public Authority Civil Defense and Ambulance (PACDA) reported on Friday.
"The water rescue team from the Civil Defence and Ambulance in Muscat governorate responded to a notification of a person drowning in the sea at Azaiba, but the team found that the person was already dead," a statement from the authority read.
