His Majesty sends condolences to Kuwait, receives thanks from South Africa

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has sent two cables of condolences to His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jabir Al Sabah, Emir of Kuwait on the death of Sheikh Sabah Al Mohammad Al Sabah and Sheikh Nasser Sabah Fahad Al Sabah.
In his cables, His Majesty the Sultan has expressed his sincere condolences and sympathy to Sheikh Sabah, praying to Allah the Almighty to rest the deceased's souls in peace and grant their family patience.
His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has received a cable of thanks from President Cyril Ramaphosa of the Republic of South Africa in reply to His Majesty's congratulatory cable to him on the occasion of being elected as a new president for the Republic.
In his cable, President Ramaphosa expressed his deep appreciation for His Majesty's sincere congratulations and best wishes.
He stressed the importance of promoting the existing strong bilateral relations between the two countries.
