Omani family dies in UAE car crash

Muscat: An Omani family of four have died in a car accident in the United Arab Emirates, according to the authorities.
The plenipotentiary vice ambassador of Oman in Abu Dhabi Abdullah Al Maawali said that a car accident involving four Omanis in the UAE resulted in their death, and the injury of four others, with various degrees of injury.
"The family were from Wilayat Suwaiq, and were on their way back from Umrah (pilgrimage) when the accident occurred," Al Maawli added.
