Muscat: The team formed by Shura Council committees hosted stakeholders from the Oman Human Rights Committee (OHRC) to discuss the draft of the social protection law, referred by the government to the council.
During the meeting, the draft law with its various articles was discussed and reviewed. This came during a meeting of the team chaired by His Excellency Hammoud bin Ahmed Al Yahyai, and in the presence of Their Excellencies the members of the team.
It is worth noting that the team formed to study the draft of the social protection law is continuing to hold daily meetings to study the draft law, and is monitoring all observations that would improve the articles of the draft law, in order to serve the interests of all.
