Muscat: With the participation of 250 exhibitors representing different countries, the Real Estate Development Conference and the Oman Design and Construction Week will start at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre on Sunday. The conference will last for four days.
The opening ceremony of the conference and the accompanying exhibition will be sponsored by His Highness Sayyid Asa'ad bin Tariq Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs, Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan.
More than 32 speakers and 30 government and private institutions are participating in the real estate development conference, which includes 11 dialogue sessions, targeting real estate developers, brokers, financial and legal service providers, and those interested in real estate development.
The conference aims to focus on investment opportunities in the Sultanate of Oman, enhance complementary communication between sectors, enable partnership with partners in the real estate sector, and exchange views and experiences to develop the real estate sector.
The conference will be accompanied by the establishment of Oman Design and Build Week, aimed at enhancing communication with industry owners and manufacturers, integration with suppliers and distributors, displaying building materials and solutions to architects, consultants, contractors, distributors, purchasing managers and decision makers, accelerating business growth and announcing many mega projects in line with the economic growth plans in the real estate sector in the Sultanate of Oman.
